Federal advisory council nominations: deadline extended
Washington – OSHA has extended to March 10 the deadline for nominations to fill five vacancies on the Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health, the agency announced Jan. 7.
OSHA is seeking two new members to represent federal agency management and three new members to represent federal employees.
FACOSH advises the secretary of labor on occupational safety and health matters related to federal employees. It is composed of eight management representatives and eight labor representatives who serve staggered, three-year terms.
